It's no problem if you change your mind and decide you don't want the items you ordered. In that case, there are two guidelines to follow:
• Your right to cancel – This is a right for customers in the EU. It falls under EU distance selling regulations.
• Our Refund Policy – This is a New Look policy that applies to all our customers (inside and outside the EU). It goes beyond your rights under EU law. Learn more about our refund policy .
According to EU law, you can cancel the order up to 14 calendar days from the date the order was received. (This excludes items that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have had the seal opened or removed, such as makeup, underwear, swimwear and piercing jewellery).
Even though it is officially called the “right of cancellation,” you will still receive your order and have to return it. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Here's how you can legally cancel:

2. Under "Email Subject" select "A refund or a return"
3. Enter your information.
4. Enter “Cancel my order” in the “Message” field and state why you want to cancel.
