Please note : You will be responsible for any additional duties, taxes or fees imposed on your product at the time of import and for the payment of such fees. We recommend that you contact your local customs office or post office (if applicable) to learn more about customs restrictions and possible costs before ordering.
Please note that you are responsible for all import duties and taxes on orders delivered outside the UK over €150.
Standard delivery
Delivery is expected to take place within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Shipping costs: € 6 - Free for orders with non-discounted items over €65
The shipping times shown in the table below are the estimated delivery times for orders outside the UK. However, this does not take into account any delays when your package is inspected by your local customs authority.
We ask that you allow 21 days from the date of your order to receive your items.
Return
Returning Items
The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Pack your items and the delivery note in the original bag or other packaging of your choice.
- If you no longer have the delivery note, please write your full name, billing address, order number and description/code of the returned items on a piece of paper to include in the package.
- Make sure your items are carefully packed to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
- Create your return label using our returns portal, which you can find using the 'Return order' button below. Enter your order number and email address or the last four digits of your phone number to view your order and select the items you want to return. If you are outside of our return period, your order details will not be recognized.
- Alternatively, you can use a return method of your choice and send it to the return address provided.
- Remember to ask for a receipt as proof of shipping and use a tracked return method.

Please allow 15 business days for your refund to be processed after your package arrives at our warehouse.
Any customs/VAT refunds are not the responsibility of New Look and must be claimed directly from the organization that issued the customs/VAT invoice and can better assist you if you require further assistance.
If you receive a faulty item or feel that it is not as described, please contact our customer service team before returning the items so that we can find an appropriate solution.
